RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Paradise Jacket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide premium-quality jackets and outerwear with a smooth shopping experience. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Products

All Paradise Jacket products are made to order and manufactured specifically after an order is placed. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.

Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order. Refund processing times may vary depending on the nature of the request and can take approximately 15 to 45 business days.

  • Please allow 15–20 business days for return processing after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 business days to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Customers will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Actual shipping costs incurred by Paradise Jacket will be deducted from the refund amount.

Store Credit Option

Customers returning eligible items for a refund may choose to receive 100% store credit instead. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase at Paradise Jacket.

Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items.

  • If an item is returned due to a sizing issue, a full refund may not be available, as sizing details are confirmed with the customer after the order is placed.
  • Customers may exchange the item for a different size; however, they are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Paradise Jacket will process the replacement once the original item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and offer an appropriate solution, including replacement or exchange where applicable.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper care.
  • Worn, used, altered, or washed items.
  • Custom-made or personalized products unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
  • Orders canceled after production has started.
