Order Cancellation Policy

• A $10 processing fee may be deducted from canceled orders.

• Orders canceled within 3 days of purchase may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

• Orders canceled within 7 days of purchase may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

• Cancellation requests submitted more than 7 days after order placement may not be accepted.

• Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy
