Return & Exchange Policy

To retain the trustworthiness PARADISE JACKET have specified the following returned and exchange policy for the valued customers:
The return and exchange facility would be entertained within 15 days. Just contact at the provided email address and discuss the issue, after 15 days the return and exchange policy would not be validated.
In case of order cancellation, customers are allowed to cancel their order within 24 hours, so you will get your whole amount back in your account, but if the customers wants to cancel the order after 24 hours of order placement then the following conditions will be applied:

1. If the customer is cancelling the order after 24 hours, 30% will be deducted from the amount.
2. If the customer is cancelling the order within 3 days prior to shipping, 50% will be deducted from the amount.
3. After 3 days of order confirmation, cancellation facility will not be validated.

Return and exchange policy is not validated in case you are ordering the same product in different sizes.

If an item is returned due to sizing issue, a full refund may not be issued as sizes are reconfirmed after an order is placed by the customer. Exchange is possible in this situation where the customer has to pay the shipping cost for sending back the item.

Refund requests are entertained and the process takes around 15 to 45 days and varies case to case.Please allow 15-20 days for the processing of returns and up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account statement.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card/account that was used for the original purchase.

Damages occurred by the customer, or used products will not be entertained for a refund/Exchange
