At Paradise Jacket, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Original packaging must be included with the return.
Return Process

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Paradise Jacket is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
